RCEF is a 501 C-3, non-profit, non-membership, local business and entrepreneur development organization, that provides a grassroots approach to identify, encourage, and support homegrown innovation as an important economic development strategy. RCEF helps to turn those homegrown ideas into new jobs or retained jobs, while assisting individuals, entrepreneurs, inventrepreneurs and existing business to achieve their respective goals.

The Facilitator (Bryan Stading), has the depth and breadth of business skills, knowledge, education, training, and leadership/management experience to work with start-ups, aspiring entrepreneurs, inventors, non-profits, community development projects, and existing businesses (wholesale, retail, manufacturing, service, technology, institutions) to help them with their dreams, needs, and plans for the future that creates wealth, jobs, and stability.

Mission
MissionOver 700 people from ages 8 to 88 have been referred to the RCEF in the past 5 ½ years seeking assistance to help them overcome seemingly insurmountable barriers. Each of these referred clients had real or perceived barriers and came in for 1:1 advice, counsel, training, mentorship, or guidance to explore growth and change strategies on how they could become self-sufficient or improve their existing business.

Meet the Facilitator

Bryan StadingBryan Stading was transplanted from Nebraska with his wife, a native of northern Minnesota, to Mankato, MN. Through Riverbend Center for Entrepreneurial Facilitation (RCEF) in Mankato, Bryan Assists individuals, Entrepreneurs, Inventors, non-profit organizations, communities and existing businesses in achieving their respective dreams and goals.

Believing with out passion you don’t have much to work with, Bryan focuses on the human element. When Bryan does not have all the answers, through RCEF he can connect entrepreneurs to other resources.

All services through Bryan and RCEF are Free and Confidential focusing on, One on One business counseling. Bryan has a monthly column in Women-Inc Magazine; (MVAC) 2007 Blue earth Community Action Supporter Award; founder/ facilitator of Martin County EDA (IGNITE) program; founder/ facilitator of Faribault County Advanced Business Facilitation Program; National Association of Counties 2003 Achievement Award for best Rural Facilitation Program.
